Management and organizational efforts at McDonald's have focused on strengthening the company's cohesion. As a team, they work together to accomplish a common goal that benefits the company. A company must constantly evolve and expand to keep up with changing customer needs, technological improvements, and internal innovations. Recruiting and developing management personnel is a priority McDonald's improves team cohesion. It also looks at how its assets, structure and technology give it an advantage over competitors. McDonald's is competitive in fast food due to its resources, technology and finance. McDonald's has increased its market share by focusing on diverse customers and cheap products. The company offers fast food for the world's busiest people. McDonald's has always provided high quality products and services to stay competitive. These McDonald's perks are hard to replicate.
